1961 Porsche 356B T-6 Super 90 Auratium Green Karmann Notchback Coupe

I am pleased to offer this 1961 356B T-6 Super 90 Karmann Notchback Coupe.  This is an excellent Notchback Coupe that was completely restored in 2006 and 2007 and then repainted just a few years ago. The car has only about 4,000 miles driven since the restoration was performed. VIN # is 201973.

This beauty is being offered by a Porsche enthusiast who has owned many Notchbacks in the past. In fact, his 1962 just sold recently. It’s time to thin out the herd.

Floors are the original panels in the car and it is a matching numbers car with matching body panels and engine and transmission. The car was seam sealed and sound deadened and the body of the car is excellent.

Engine was completely rebuilt with a new 912 crankshaft. Transmission was rebuilt by Skirmants. There are many nice options on the car including stone guards for headlamps, fog lamps, headrests, and expander which are all on the COA. (The expander is a squirrel cage blower motor located in the front battery box for forced fresh air). Carrera wooden steering wheel has been added as well as a Leitz luggage rack. All tools and books are present right down to the rare engine operation supplement for Super 90 cars.

The car was originally painted ivory with black interior. It has been repainted a very tasteful auratium green with tan leather and oatmeal carpets.
