You are bidding on a 1958 Porsche 356A 1600Scoupe silver with red leather interior. It was refurbished under previousownership approximately 4 years ago. Power comes from a 1.6L flat-four pairedwith a four-speed manual transaxle, and it is finished in silver over redupholstery. Additional equipment includes 15″ painted steel wheels withpolished hubcaps, pop-out rear vent windows, bumper overriders, and a singlegrille decklid. This 356A coupe is located in San Diego California with aPorsche Certificate of Authenticity and a clean Montana title.

The Reutter-built body has received minor rustrepairs before it was repainted in its factory Silver Metallic (5706) byVintage Specialties. Features include exhaust outlets that exit through therear bumper guards, teardrop taillights, a single-vent engine lid, a driver’sside mirror, and a Reutter tag riveted to the lower right fender.

The painted steel wheels wear chrome hubcapswith Porsche crest centers, and they are mounted with 165SR15 Michelin XZXtires. A matching spare is stowed in the front trunk. Stopping power isprovided by drums at all four corners.

The cabin features front bucket seats and rearseats trimmed in red upholstery with a matching dashpad, parcel shelf, and doorpanels. Oatmeal square-weave carpets line the sills and a black rubber matcovers the floors. A Porsche-branded radio blanking plate is fitted in thedash.

The ivory-color two-spoke steering wheelframes green-letter VDO instrumentation that includes a central tachometer, a120-mph speedometer, and a combination gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 67kmiles, approximately.
