1980 Pontiac Firebird
Vehicle DetailsI’ve ended up with three of these, and can barely afford to restore one. This one appears to be completely original. It’s in moderately, rough shape, but by all means project worthy. The pictures will tell more than I can. The engine is a 301. I have absolutely no reference on the engine, the car came in on a rollback. The car looks to have had 106,000 miles on it. I have an additional 301 that also came out of a 1980 Trans Am that I will be including in this auction. The owner of the car said he had it firing, but didn’t work on it long enough to get it running, he went with a crate engine instead. I did a breakdown of the VIN and it will be listed below. Interior will have to be redone. I understand some will be too far away to come and look for themselves, but I strongly encourage anyone who wants to to do so. It’s only a few years until the 50th anniversary of the movie, so I would imagine interest in these will peek at that point.
