1973 Ford Mustang
Here we have a nicely optioned 1973 Mustang convertible with the highly desirable "Q" code Cobra Jet 351 4V engine for sale. This is a really nice driver quality mustang with LOTS of new parts and updates. It gets a lot of looks and comments from folks and looks nice. Needs:
·Front floor pan sections are soft and will eventually require replacement
·Brakes work fine, but pedal goes to floor at stops after a few seconds. Believe needs MC rebuilt or replaced
·Couple dings and scratches in paint, including one 3" one on RH quarter
·Small section in front of RH rear tire needs metal patching
·Couple bubbles on the lower rear LH quarter
·Top material is worn out, but power mechanism goes up and down well
·Small rust spot on the underside of the hood near the latch area
·Air conditioning is disconnected and inop, but compressor is in place.
·Carb could be rebuilt. Car hesitates under load going up hill.
·Engine compartment could stand more detailing
·Paint is chipped on one of the NASA hood scoop inserts.
·Front glass has some discoloration in the tinted upper part from a sticker being placed on it
·Front seat belts don't always unwind all the way (comes with new belts)
·Hood locks don't latch
