“This van is in pristine condition. The body is straight, almost no damage or rust. The odometer has 22,811 miles, although it has an odometer discrepancy on title. This discrepancy was reported because of damage to the speedometer cable. The van didn't go very far with the damaged cable, but it was reported anyway. If you look at the wear items such as pedals, door latches, steering wheel, interior condition, etc. you will see that this might be the least mileage vehicle of its kind for sale in the United States. When I bought this van it had 11,187 miles. The previous owner bought it from the dealership with 10,883 miles, then averaged 19 miles per year, only adding 304 miles in 16 years. The bubble wrap was still in the kitchen drawers when I got it. The water tank has never been filled. My wife and I have always cooked outdoors to avoid gunking up the kitchen. We never smoked in it or brought the dogs. I had kept the van in storage for many years, planning to use it for a retirement adventure, but after the passing of my wife I have decided to sell it. This is a water cooled fuel injected 2.1L. 5-speed transmission four wheel drive with locker. The exhaust and catalytic converter was replaced in 2010. The front brakes are new. The front cv axles are new. The skylight and seal are new. The pop top canvas is a new 3 window made by bus depot USA. The pop top seal was replaced in 2016. A bus depot Ezy Awning that attaches to the side of the van. There's a jump seat for an extra passenger (uninstalled). It has a wasser-stopper insulation/rainfly made by go westy. I have the original curtains and floor mats in good condition. It has a pioneer stereo, but I have the original stock radio. The original manuals in the glove box plus a service manual. Extra rim and tire. Mosquito netting for the rear door.”
