This 1960 Triumph TR3A was acquired by me in 2017 and subsequently refurbished over multiple years. Super fun to drive!! It is not a track car, only driven on the street. Work includes: rewiring the electrical system, adding a PerTronix ignition system, installing an alternator, replacing the brakes, and rebuilding and synchronizing the dual SU carburetors. The car is finished in white with a black vinyl stripe and #30 roundels as well as a black vinyl soft top and a silver-finished roll hoop. The cockpit is trimmed in red vinyl and houses a banjo-style steering wheel along with Jaeger and Smiths instrumentation. Power is supplied by a 2138cc inline-four paired with a four-speed manual gearbox, and further equipment includes yellow headlamp lenses, front disc brakes, and 15″ steel wheels. This TR3A is offered with parts literature, tools, spare parts, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

Vehicle Details

The car is finished in white with a black vinyl center stripe and #30 roundels along with various emblems and decals. It is fitted with a black vinyl soft top, and further details include yellow headlamp lenses, a fender-mounted rear-view mirror, and a silver-finished roll hoop. The chrome front bumper and rear overriders are said to have been replaced under current ownership along with the door and trunk handles. The yellow original California plate out back wears a reproduction 1960 registration sticker, and the seller notes evidence that the body has been repainted.
