1975 Triumph TR-6 4 Speed

Here is a late model Triumph TR6 date of production is July 1975
Although this is a California car it is the confirmation that not all Cali cars are rust free.
The Triumph is very much complete with the exception of a few small items
(driver side under front bumper turn signal light

This car was left outside for over 20 years in a city near the beach
I suppose the salt air took advantage of this British made car
and the floor pans are the ones that suffered the most damage.
Both front panels are virtually not existent
There is a considerable amount of rust on the deck lid some on the bonnet and the windshield frame as well
Doors have some rust on the corners towards the bottom.
The frame looks solid throughout the whole car with the exception of the rear beams which they seem to have been affected.
It is not a lot but there is rust. Needless to say if have never dealt with rust before and rust does not scare you this could be your ticket
otherwise I would not embark into such a project
This TR6 can be also considered as a valuable parts car.
Engine turns over and although I was told the prefamously "it was running when parked"
I made sure myself that the engine was easily turning by hand
All gauges and controls are intact with the exception of the Volt-meter that has glass broken.
Seats have been taken off the car to check the damage of the pans though seats are present and in decent condition
Convertible top frame
Front & rear taillights
Side reflectors
Spare wheel and tire plus the original jack and crank
Front and rear bumper in nice condition
one turn signal lens and bracket from the under side of the front bumper is missing (driver side)
All four wheels with beauty rings and center caps are there.
Original and sole driver side mirror has some pitting though glass is good.

I cannot give a quote on shipping worldwide and I am not affiliated with any shipping company
I can coordinate time and day with the transport of tow company at the moment of pick up.
I will try to update the auction in case I have forgotten any crucial detail
I might be able to put the car on the lift and take several more pictures of the undercarriage
In that case pictures will be added to the scrolling banner located at the end of the description
A deposit is mandatory within 3 days from the end of the auction
If I do not receive a deposit within that time I take the right to sell the car elsewhere or to someone else
Full amount of closing auction must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction
I will not accept a paypal payment for the the full amount
Paypal can only be used to pay for the deposit ($300/$500)
For the remaining balance I accept bank wire
Deposit into my bank (Bofa)
Personal checks (Car will be ready for pick up after 2 weeks the check cleared)
Cash in person
The car must be picked within 2 weeks from the end of the auction
I will give an additional grace period week
After that storage charges will apply. This is to encourage the new buyer to speed up the process
for space sensitive reasons.
