This is an 81 Short bed pickup. Factory bucket seats, air conditioning, front disc brakes, tilt steering.
Salvage title (why I don't know. Does not show any signs of panel replacement or bent frame). Tags are not current and I didn't check to see where its at in the system (CA). Part of the lic. plate top corner is left and it last shows 2014. I believe after 5 years it drops off DMV's Record?
This was originally purchased from an auction (IAA Auto Auction) through a dealer friend. This is listed as a survivor, basically it's all there. Except center console and small gaugecluster. This can be found on ebay from time to time. Runs, but not very well ( I'm leaning towards carb). I've replaced plugs (E-3), rotor cap, etc. Had it parked outside over night and some A-hole stole/ cut the catalytic converterout of it. Tires are like new. No rusted out floors or cab corners. Does have a rusted out spot under the hood next to the front lip by battery. OEM right side front fender that's included. It has some dings on it, nothing like the one on the truck now. Radio does work but I don't have a cassette tape to try so it's not warrantied.

I do have a lot of new parts for this truck that's not included. Hood (new $150.00), Front bumper straightenedand re-chromed ($300 to have that done), carb (new $140.00), seals, etc. Can make a package price in another auction. Can be boxed and carried out with the truck or mailed?
No vehicle checks, this is a survivor truck with title (salvage).
This truck has a salvage title, why I don't know? I've been in the body and paint trade for over 40 years and see no evidence of the frame being bent or panels replaced. With 2nd episode of cancer and too many projects this one I'm cutting loose. Restored I've seen these go for as high as 30K Great builder project.
Empty boxes in the back are not included.
Comes with Plastic column housing pieces (2).

This would be an ideal build project. Basically it's all there, mechanical and body.
If truck doesn't sale within a matter of time, I will look at parting it out.

Other points.........I can hold the truck till 3-15-2019 to give ample time for arrangingpicking it up.
