I always like the unusual or hard to find vehicles, o I couldn't pass up on this 1981 Toyota Starlet.Only 86k Actual Miles. Very Rare. Only made a few years. If you are reading this, ou know what it is. It is a solid body 1981 Toyota Starlet with a 12A Mazda RX7 Rotary engine. 5spd trans. Engine sits very low in the engine compartmentto keep the center of gravity close to the ground. Fires right up and has a great Rotary sound. Dual coil set up, olley 4 barrel carb, acing Beat intake, uel Cell with Fuel Injection, ull Roll Cage, attery relocated to trunk, Emergency cut off switch, ven has Line Lock!! 4 wheel disc brakes. Monster tach with shift light. Nice drag tires and wheels, kinnies up front, ide in the rear. Interior is pretty much stripped of any extra weight. Has nice front and rear seats, o rips or tears. Paint shines great. I can't find any rust to speak of (see pics), ome nicks, ings, crapes, nd scratches, ut it still looks great. Shifts great, uick and itmoves. Clutch is solid, o slipping. Very nice car overall. Hard to find in any shape and almost impossible to find street legal and race ready. Perfect SCCA, rift, rack, treet, rag. Custom, odified, nd Built. Rare and Hard to Find. I bought the car as it sits. I did not build the vehicle and I don't know any specific details about the rear end set up. It is solid, 've never raced it. It is cool in its own right.
