For sale is a highly sought after 1985 Toyota 4WD Pickup (aka Hilux in other parts of the world.) This one is in excellent condition and is pretty much ALL original even down to the paint. Rims and tires are not original. Unmodified/unmolested. Body and frame is solid with little cosmetic rust mostly in the bed. Interior is solid. No cracks in the dash. 67,000 original miles, stick shift manual, 22R carb engine, solid axle front and rear, AC (needs freon), power steering. Truck came from California and was shipped here to Houston, TX. It has been garaged and driven here and there.
If you are looking at this truck you pretty much know what this truck is all about. Please no lowball offer. Go buy a rust bucket or heavy modified one you often see for way less.
A little bit more about the truck.....I did not wash, clean or wax this truck prior to listing as I want to show it as it really is and not gloss/doll it up. I hand washed it one time since I got it. ORIGINAL PAINT!!!! Here are a few imperfections of the truck. Small tear on the vinyl seat on the driver side as you get in the truck (about 2 inch tear), some surface rust around the body of the truck, mostly in the bed, small scratch/scuff on the side of the bed and some really small paint imperfection here and there also, AC adjustment slider to hot and cold does not slide freely, after market bumper from the dealer fell off as the weld broke off (I still have it and it will be included), truck needs to be warmed up thoroughly in cold weather or if it has not been driven in awhile as it stalls during initialidle (carburetor needs to be cleaned or rebuilt), after you drive it around the block and the fuel circulates it does not stall and cranks on and off with ease, AC need R-6 freon, suspension is rough and needs to be replaced as it the original suspension. Front knuckles were recently rebuilt. Truck drives and functions as it should and does not run hot. 4WD engages and disengages with ease. Driven the truck in the city and long distance with no issues. It is not perfect but it can be made perfect which was my intention when I purchased the truck. Hate to sell it but I have too many toys and hobbies.
