Description:

1900 Replica/Kit Makes MR2 looks Like a Ferrari F355

This is a 1994Toyota MR2 SW20 which has been completely modified to replicate a Ferrari F355. This is a very nice and professionally built high dollar reproduction assembled by the body designer in house. The manufacturer of the body was Extreme Cars from the U.K. It is the same size and wheel base as an authentic one, and many OEM parts from Ferrari were used in the build. Look at the pictures, yes it’s that nice in person and gets compliments, looks, and smiles every time I take it out. This car is not a project car, it has reached it highest form of readiness for driving and cars & coffee meets. This car just won the 1st place award in the January 2024 Cincinnati Cavalcade of Customs indoor car show in the replica/kit/home built car class! You can enjoy this car and drive it as often as you wish and not have to worry about high repair bills or unreliability. This is a very rare car in the United States, I have only uncovered 7 of these currently existing here and only 4 of the 7 have the upgraded 3.5L Toyota V6 found in this car. I have seen 4 of them myself in person. I imported this car from England in 5/2022 with a dead 3.0L V6 engine but had already scheduled a well known Toyota MR2 specialty shop to perform a full engine upgrade to a2GRFE 3.5L V6. This is the most common and largest displacement engine that is that is now used in MR2’s. The engine work was completed in2/2023 and it made 282hp and 267lbs of torque on the dyno. It also has a nasty loud exhaust note which replicates a F355 closely from a custom single muffler quad tip exhaust by Hayward and Scott in England. The car then went to a second shop for rectifications on the fiberglass and body work as well as all new paint. It has 3 layers of silver paint (the color name is Argento Nurburgring) and 3 layers of clear coat on top. The body and paint work were completed in 6/2023. The following is a list of modernized parts that were used in the engine swap process: 3.5L V6engine with 41,000 miles from a 2014 Lexus ES350, specialized 2GR ECU, wiring harness conversion, Frankenstein Motorworks headers, TCS Motorsports Coolant Hose set, TCS Motorsports 2GR water Fill Port, TCS passenger side motor mount, TCS Air intake tube with velocity stack and 6” air filter and coupler kit, new Exedy clutch, rear main seal, Frankenstein Motorworks Flywheel package with bolt set, pressure plate bolt Set, Tachometer board modified to function properly with 2GR engine, TCS C02 extension harness kit, TCS 2GR fuel regulator, Walbro high flow fuel pump, Trans fluid flush, Drive by wire fuel pedal swap, Sony XAV-AX150 double DIN touchscreen head unit with Android Auto/Apple Carplay, new 3 way 5.25” door Speakers, GoPro camera mount, New Brake pads, 1 new oem caliper, new brake fluid, Rare single piece T-Top conversion with new lock mechanism, Authentic Speedline F355wheels. This car is an incredible experience to drive, shifting gears with a loud exhaust, the roof off, modern stereo/navigation system and the affordability of a Toyota drivetrain. I have driven the car about 3000 miles in the last 6 months and it is ready to drive as far as the next owner wants to go. Located in Cincinnati Ohio, well worth your time to come see it. You are welcome to fly or drive here to come see it in person. $43,000. 513-284-3025.

I had to put 1900 as the year because ebay wouldn't accept the U.K. VIN number. I also had to put that it has a "reconstructed" title also because ebay wouldn't accept the VIN number, but it has a clean title and has never been wrecked. Repeat, I have a clean Ohio title.
