1992 Porsche 911

I am assisting a longtime friend with the sale of his 1992 911 C4. He bought the Porsche in 1994 from Beverly Hills Porsche. He is the second owner. I was with him when he took delivery. The original owner was titled to Tony Peck (son of actor Gregory Peck); and driven by his wife at the time, uper model Cheryl Tiegs.

For the first 10 years it was driven and garaged in Manhattan Beach, A. Then he moved it to his garage at Lake Tahoe, V, here it is now.

The maintenance in L.A. continued to be performed at Beverly Hills Porsche. A major service was performed locally in Carson City, V in 2008 at 103,000 miles. That work was comprehensive and approximately $4,000.00. We have taken a picture of the invoice.

There was also some work performed near the lower driver’s side corner of the windshield. That area was showing blistering, o the work was performed and that area was painted at BH Porsche. I have taken a picture of that area too.

The car is a California car and is titled in CA. It has never been in an accident and all of the glass is original. There are a few areas around the car that show some wear, ut nothing serious. I have tried to take pictures of those areas including a tear in the headliner near the sunroof and a scuff near the lower driver’s fender – which my friend says was there when he got it in 1994.

While garaged it is placed on a trickle charger. The garage floor is dry as there are no leaks. It has not been a daily driver for many years.

A few things need to be addressed the next time in goes in for maintenance; the A/C does not blow cold, nd the original Blauplunkt radio does not work in AM/FM mode.

The original Owners’ Manual and case are still with the car as is the tool kit from Porsche.
