Description:

1975 Porsche 914

This is a professionally done conversion using Renegade Hybrids components. The car was taken down to the shell and repainted in and out. The car is from Arizona and is virtually rust free. Front suspension is 911 with 911 brakes and hubs all around. This allows for the real5 lugPorsche Fuchs forged alloy wheels (see center cap photo). Renegade Hybrid custom aluminum radiator kit. The Gates green stripe radiator lines are properly tucked up inside the chassis. Very sweet 327 chevy w/202 heads, performer RPM alum intake manifold w/Edelbrock carb. Headers with new FlowMaster mufflers. Renegade Hyrbrid 9" Kevlar clutch with stage II pressure plate. High performance axle kit. Front and rear wheel bearings replaced. Newer brakes front and rear. Newer lightweight HiPo starter. Optima battery. Stock rubber bumpers replaced with fiberglass painted body color (saves 75lbs). Car weighs 2280lbs! This conversion is rare in that it has been totally finished and sorted out. Body good, paint is good (Porsche Zambezi Green). Suspension is tight, new 200 lbs. rear springs, interior has several small tears, needs redone but useable, nice Momo steering wheel. Top is stock, some clips and rubber top seals replaced. Battery has been moved to the trunk but not due to the hell hole issue.Tachometer has been redone to be accurate w/V8. All instruments work. True mileage unknown but the working odometer reads 53,599. All glass very good. Tires are near new (expect to get 4,000 miles on a set of rears if you use the throttle). Turbo tie rod ends installed. Valves are beginning to leak so I get a puff of smoke at start up.
