Description:

1973 Plymouth Fury

1973 Plymouth Fury III with recently rebuilt 360-2 engine & 727 Transmission, starter, a/c unit. Runs and drives fine. Has roof rust but rest of body is great condition. Interior is very nice. Needs TLC and would be a great project for someone on a budget. Also, smog exempt so you could modify the drivetrain anyway you like. Body is very straight with a few dents on the gravel shields. Pics of the floor pans, framerails show the underside is clean and not rotted out. Trunk pan has surface rust. I have most of this car pre-sold in pieces for 3 times what I have it for sale as a whole. if it does not sell by the 15th, then it's gonna go to pieces and parted out. Just trying to save a classic car and avoid cutting it up. Lots of parts to hot rod your car on this car. Rebuilt 360/2bbl carb, heavy duty 727, 8 1/4 rearend, disc brakes, clean interior, 15in steel wheels with good tires, big radiator/air conditioning. Heck, even if you keep all the mechanical parts, you would probably make back your money on the sheet metal and bits. So the starting price is well worth it. The bad: like I was saying, the roof has rust and needs repair. The power steering threw a belt so that needs one, exhaust was a single cherry bomb muffler that came off during transport. It runs nice, but has been sitting for over a year now and will need a battery ( I have an old one I can put in, but no guarantee if it will hold a charge). comes with lien sale packet. Trunk lock was removed as vehicle came from a tow yard and had no key for it. Will come with a bill of sale. Sold as-is where is and all sales are final and no refunds will be given. Deposits are non-refundable. Winning bidder has 48 hours to make a payment of $300 and the remain amount in 7 days in auctions end via cash, certified bank check or transfer to my Well's Fargo Bank Account. Store will be up to 45 days, then there is a $20 storage fee per day afterwards. Vehicles will not be released until all funds have cleared. Will help load, appointment needed to schedule time to pickup vehicle as it is in a lock storage area. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . click on pictures to view larger pic gallery. . . . .
