I have receipts totaling over $30,000 for the parts and labor alone on this car.

This car is a 40K mile survivor that I purchased out of North Carolina. Originally a slant 6 and three on the tree car, it has now been converted to a big block, 4spd and is dressed to look like a max wedge.

According to the previous owner/builder - who is 78yrs old, the car had been garage kept the majority of its life. He researched and contacted some of the previous owners to trace the cars history.According to him, the car has some original paint left - I have no way to verify this and I'm not sure which panels may be original. I can tell that some panels have been re-painted. With that said, the car retains a "survivor look" to the exterior with some fading, thin spots and blotchy areas. Car has a few blemishes in the body, door dings, scratches, etc - nothing major as you can see in the pics. I can't find any rot through/cancer spots on the body. The quarters, door bottoms, fender bottoms, cowl area, etc all appear to be solid with just minor surface rust in some areas.

The under hood and engine bay was fully prepped and repainted with the factory color before the new engine was installed. Under carriage is all original, no undercoat hiding anything. K member was cleaned and painted before being installed. As expected, there is some surface rust/scale on the underside of the car, but I can't find any rot (rust through areas) on any portion of the underside of the body.Overall it is a time capsule. All original exterior stainless trim has been polished. Hood emblem has been re-chromed. The aluminum grill and head light bezels are clean, straight and have no yellowing. The tail light housings are in great shape and the bumpers are clean with only minor defects/aging chrome. The trunk floor is in great shape and the trunk appears to retain all the original factory spatter finish. The original jack instructions remain, as does the jack and a newer spare tire and rim. A repo trunk mat was installed.

The interior is near mint condition, even the headliner, package shelf and visors are unbelievable. The dash is beautiful. The rear seat and all door panels are factory original beauties. The front seat has had the main insert replaced with exact factory correct material and is perfect. All the glass is clean. A rebuilt, painted to match steering column was installed when converted to floor shift. The original door rubber, window felts, wind wing rubber, windshield rubber are all in great shape. The condition of these rubber items proves this car has lived and easy, indoor life.

The front suspension has been completely rebuilt. New ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, new torsion bars, shocks, rebuilt steering box, etc.A new factory style, disc brake set up was added up front and the rear brakes have been upgraded to 11" drums with new shoes, wheel cylinders, drums and hardware kit. New rear leaf spring bushings and new rear shocks. The car has all new brake lines throughout (hard and soft) a new proportioning valve and a dual reservoir master cylinder. It also has all new 3/8" fuel lines from the tank to engine, a Carter mechanical fuel pump and an auxiliary Carter in line, electric fuel pump toggle wired in to run as needed. A new radiator was installed along with a shroud. Has new BFG tires on all four corners mounted on steel wheels.

A 833 four speed has been rebuilt and features a new Centerforce flywheel and clutch. A new Hurst floor shifter, correct shifter boot and trim ring was installed. A reproduction 4spd tunnel was welded in. New carper throughout.

Under the hood is a rebuilt 440 built by Nascar legend Keith Dorton in Concord, NC. It has a Comp hydraulic cam that sounds great with some "rump" to it, yet is very drivable and has plenty of low end torque making the car easy to drive and has forged pistons and ARP fasteners. On top is a new A&A reproduction Max Wedge intake complete with new Edelbrock, Dorton tuned carbs with all new A&A correct linkage, coil brackets and factory style air cleaners. Exhaust headers are Max Wedge reproduction manifolds that run through a TTI full mandrel bent max wedge system with the factory style cut outs and 3" inch pipe all the way out the back. Car sounds amazing!

The car has a later model 8 ¾ axle housing, Moser axles, green bearings. Cruises easily with a 3.23 gear ratio, rebuilt Sure Grip unit. Car runs and drives great.

The car is very tight, the doors close nicely on original weather-strip, which is in great shape. All the door, fender and hood gaps are nice. The car only has a couple thousand miles on it, if that, since completion.

The majority of the mechanical/restoration work was completed by Mark Dudley Performance in North Carolina (I have all receipts). I have every receipt for all parts and labor which total over $30,000. All paperwork - receipts, copies of previous titles, production track sheet and a copy of the build card and a build record certificate from Chrysler that the previous owner acquired go with the car.

This car is not perfect, the very nature of any "survivor ' means there are some thin areas/blemishes on exterior paint, scratches, dings etc. The tops of the door panels have some fading but no cracks and no soiling. Same goes for the backseat. Under hood is very detailed and the paint under there is perfect as great care and endless days went into a very thorough professional preparation.
