1934 Packard 110 --

Arrive in style. This is a very well-built car that will draw the attention of a crowd as well as the attention of the judges at a car show. It will also just flat out steal the show when you pull up to a theatre opening or fancy restaurant in it. It's got killer style, its comfortable, its fast, and it sounds good. When you see this car, and check out how it's been customized, you might... wonder why there aren't more cars done like this, or you may wonder why you didn't think of doing it first. Start with the stunningly good looks of a 1930s classic like a Packard, then strip it down and respray it with a first class, show quality paint job, but do it without having to worry about originality. A custom chrome grill leads the way up front with a swan perched on the top. Freshen up the chrome on those four awesome headlights as well as the bumpers, horns, and trim, and then cut new side mirrors and windshield wipers out of billet. Out back, the bumper and taillights are complimented by the chrome bands on an actual trunk. Highlight the fender wells and running boards as well as the upper body line with nice tan pinstriping, then set it all on wire wheels with gangster white walls with a spare mounted on each side and you have one awesome looking ride. When you open the door of this car, get ready to be blown away by the custom interior. Just for fun, go ahead and open both of them to get the full effect of the suicide doors. Up front a power seat trimmed in leather sits in front of a billet steering wheel wrapped in leather. It is mounted on a column with tilt, cruise, and the shifter for the automatic transmission. Beautiful burled wood stretches from side to side with separate glove boxes for the driver and passenger. VDO gauges are trimmed in gold and mounted in a panel with a coat of arms in the center. Below it are the power window switches and controls for the Vintage Air system and there is a Pioneer sound system that is AM/FM/CD and iPod compatible mounted in a custom overhead console. While the Chauffeur has a first-class office to operate in, the back-seat passengers get a custom bar with cup holders and a jar of Grey Poupon, just in case anybody pulls up next to you and asks. There is certainly plenty of room to stretch out back there and flower vases add to the ambiance. With all that custom work on the outside and the inside, you just know that the engine and drivetrain are going to be custom too. And it is. A 454 V8 has been dropped in and dressed up for the show with Packard cut into those big polished aluminum valve covers in script. A FITech throttle body injector fed by braided fuel lines sits on top of an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold. New plugs, wires, and cap get the mixture lit and polished long tube headers get the spent gasses out and headed back to Flowmaster mufflers. This has got to be the best sounding Packard ever! Power flows back through a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive to a custom rear end. It is a Ford 9" located by trailing arms and a panhard rod with coil springs and disc brakes. Up front, control arms work through torsion bars with a sway bar to help this car handle surprisingly well. Power steering is handy in the parking lots and ventilated disc brakes will stop this big car in a hurry. Killer style. Custom from top to bottom and end to end. A show stopper, and a show winner. Come on down and check it out. It's a pretty awesome ride.
