You are buying a 1970 Monte Carlo.
The car has been owned by us since 2006.
Car is currently registered in Massachusetts, 2018 was the last year it was inspected.
In early 2016 a brand new automatic Chevy 350 crate engine was purchased and installed. The transmission and front end was also rebuilt at the time.
The car has power windows that could use a total revamp, but the two main windows have been powered and worked regularly (with minor technical issues as expected) since we've owned the car.
The main issue with the car is the body: There is rust in the rear quarters, and the floor pans on drivers side and trunk pan have holes and need to be replaced. Interior is solid with some small holes in the fabric in spots, but nothing major. Headliner is okay but could be replaced. (for reference the emblems on the front end and trunk are the incorrect year, but period correct). A new radio cassette player was purchased and installed about a decade or so ago.
Listed mileage is on the motor, not the car. According to the odometer reading at installation of new engine, engine has just over 9,586 miles on it. Car starts, runs and drives.
