Description:

1990 Nissan 300ZX TURBO

Vehicle Details

I have a 1990 Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo w/5 speed manual for sale with about 160k miles on it. This car was originally imported from Canada. I have owned this car for about 8 years and have the title. This car is meant for Z-enthusiasts that know how to work on them and know the in’s and out’s. I have listed all of the main parts/upgrades/deletes below. If you are a serious buyer but are far away, I would be more than willing to take videos to show you the car, crank, etc. before you travel to come see it. Parts list in the pictures.

I only use non-ethanol 93 gas, due to the old style injectors being susceptible to ethanol. I complete all the regular maintenance and install of any part I buy. I use Mobil-1 10W-30 synthetic oil, changing at every 5,000 miles.

What it needs and current issues:

- Crack on passenger side of the windshield

- Needs a new speed sensor. This has caused the odometer to stop working but it has not been driven over 5k miles since the sensor stopped working.

- Apexi boost controller doesn’t currently control boost. I believe this is due to the speed sensor. The apexi is wired to the ECU and shows data. It’s currently running at wastegate pressure. The Greddy turbo timer works fine.

- Front two wheels lose air due to the bead seal on the chrome wheels. A good clean up of the rim and a reseal would fix this.

- Couple paint issues around the car (spider cracks) but nothing horrible. The custom paint was done by the previous owner. It’s 2003 dodge viper yellow.

This car is hard to let go, but I just do not have the time to put into it like it needs to have. Again, the parts list is in the pictures. If you would like videos of the car running or a walk around, just message me. Thanks!
