1953 MG T-Series RDS53

My father in law purchased this car on 4/24/1977 and put it into storage. We purchased the car from him on 4/13/1992 and put it back into storage. In the 43 years our family has owned this car it has been driven only 412 miles. The last time it was driven was on 4/13/1992. This car is completely stock except for the tires. It is missing one wiper blade and the left front fender mirror. The upholstery is cracked and will need to be replaced. The body as you can see from the photos is good with no dents. The 67 year old paint is scratched and chipped in spots. The front bumper needs a little straighten. The rear view mirror glass is broken. The few times I have driven this car was a lot of fun cause it is so close to the pavement it seem twice as fast as it is really going. Although with 54 hp your lucky to get out of your own way. This car has an after market heater which attaches to the radiator hoses for heat and the electrical system for the fan.

The material part of the convertible top was removed two years ago because it was torn in many spots. The metal part is all there and in good shape.
