1972 MG Midget

I offer my highly modified1972 MG Midget with high performance Toyota 4AGE (1600 cc Twin Cam) engine. The engine swap was performed in 2007 as a fast street car and occasional autocross/track day racer. Over the past 10 years the car and engine have been developed as a fast, competitive hill climb car. This car was P4 class champion in the New England Hillclimb Association in 2015 Here is an overview of the car:
ENGINE: 1985 Toyota 4AGELC with Crower cams, twin Weber 45 DCOE's, Wiseco forged pistons, Crane HI6 ignition. With10.5:1 compression ratio it pulled 127hp at the rear wheels (145hp at the flywheel). Spare Toyota 7AG (7AFE 1762cc with 4AGE head) included with spares package. Modified VW Scirocco radiator. External oil cooler and custom header.
TRANSMISSION: Toyota T5 5-speed sourced from 1986 Corolla GT. Has optional 5th gear lockout.
DRIVELINE: Custom driveshaft, welded MG 4.22 differential (optional ratios available in spares package being sold with the car). Custom competition axles and double bearing hubs with 1 inch spacers.
FRONT SUSPENSION: Carrera tube shocks, 520 lb/in springs (others available), competition front upright/spindles, roller bearing hubs, 3/4 inch swaybar, and stress bar.
REAR SUSPENSION: Custom 3 link plus Panhard bar with AFCO coil over shock/springs. Anti-tramp shocks.
FUEL SYSTEM: 5 gallon aluminum fuel cell, Fram fuel filter, Carter fuel pump. 6AN braided SS hoses. Holley pressure regulator.
SAFETY SYSTEMS: Professionally fabricated full roll cage using 1-3/4 inch alloy tubing. Includes dual/triple door side bars, foot well extensions, Petty bar, and under dash bar. Meets all SCCA/NASA/NEHA/MT WASHINGTON and other sanctioning organization safety rules. Five point 3 inch harness and fire extinguisher.
BRAKES: Stock MG master cylinder, MGB front calipers with Spitfire rotors. Stock rear drum brakes with 7/8 diameter cylinders.
TIRES/WHEELS; Wide selection of race slicks, rains, and street tires and wheels.
OTHER INFORMATION: Custom fiberglass flares, quick detach front fenders, door skins hung on cage, fiberglass hood, cut down windshield. Recently re-wired for street use including lights and electric speedometer. Aluminum seat.
