1962 Mercury Monterey

Up for auction is a 1962 Mercury Monterey S-55. Here is your chance to own a spectacular, ne-of-a-kind, ot rod/show car. It has been featured in several magazines and also on the cover. It has won numerous awards at various shows across the country.

It is powered by a 4.6 Liter DOHC engine from a 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII along with its 4R70W overdrive automatic transmission.

The suspension is a complete system from Air Ride Technologies (Ride Tech).

Paint is two tone gold and green. Both colors are from a 2001 VW Passat. Paint is base/clear and is gorgeous.

Interior is stock seats covered in Ultraleather with ostrich inserts. The headliner is a floral pattern.

Trunk is also fully finished out using the same materials

Wheels are Intro Pentias with Nitto 555 tires. Sizes are 18's and 20's.

Brakes are Baer with 13" rotors and polished calipers

The exhaust features Flowmaster mufflers

This car is a gorgeous example that you could not duplicate for anywhere near what I am asking. This car starts every time, dles is traffic with the A/C on without overheating, rives great and gets attention everywhere you go.

Just attended the Goodguys show in DesMoines and received the Class Act Award. Put over 500 miles on the car and it performed flawlessly.

I have this car priced very reasonably. If you were to build it yourself, here would be over $50,000 in parts alone.
