This Mercury has been a lot of fun. It's show quality, having last woninOctober 2017. Paint is original and has been buffed to a beautiful shine as seen in the photos. New tires with only 1,000 miles on them. Interior (carpet, seats, headliner) was all restored in 2017 to original design. New radiator (runs 160-170 degrees all day long), new generator, new belts, new Optima battery with twice the original cranking powerhidden inside an OEM sized battery box, new headlamps, new brakes and newly rebuilt master cylinder. All bumpers and grill chrome was re-chromed in 2016. This car has a lot of chrome and it looks perfect! The car still operates on its original 6 volt system and starts every time.. 3 on-the-tree plus overdrive. Original push button start! This is the definition of a stock-look car. If you want customized or chopped then look elsewhere. If you want a car straight out of 1951 then this is it. There is not really much left to do on this one...
