1929 Mercedes Gazelle Convertible Roadster Kit Car. Fun to drive and a real headturner! This is a fiberglass kit, therefore it has no rust on the body. It is a two-tone brown and cream vehicle.The kit was built on a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle. The engine is a VW 1600cc 4-cylinder which is very clean and it runs and drives extremely well. It has a 4 speed manual transmission which shifts smoothly.The car has 4116 original miles on the engine and the car since it was built.When I drive the car I get constant stares and thumbs up and smiles. This car has never seen rain and it has always been Garaged since day one. The wire wheels and tires are in excellent shape.It has a spare (5th) wire wheel also.The wood grain steering wheel is beautiful.The tan convertible top is made of real canvas rather than plastic like most Gazelle's and is in great shape with no rips or stains. It has never been in an accident and I have owned the car for over 25 years and have not had any problems with it-it has been maintained regularly. I am only selling it because we are moving to a new home which does not have enough garage space to keep this car in its pristine shape.

All of the chrome on this car is in excellent shape and it is all very shiny with no oxidation. All of the lights and gauges are working. There is an AM-FM radio with two speakers behind the front seats and two speakers in the rear which sound very good. The paint is in good conditionhowever there are a few minor scratches. The leather is in great shape. Overall the car looks great and catches a lot of stares. Some of the car's features are: Mahogany dash, Custom running boards.
