This 1958 Mercedes-Benz Ponton 180Dwas purchased in Texas. The 1.8 liter four cylinder diesel and column-shifted 4-speed manual seem to be original to the car. Shown with new tires, and a re-spray which looks to be original color and badges. Newer upholstery looks very nice and seats are comfortable. The rest of the interior looks original. Many of its originalmajor interior and exterior components are present. Lights and turn signals are in working order.

This 1958 Mercedes-Benz 180D engine starts and runs very well, and the four speed goes through the gears easily. The Mercedes-Benz 180D original glow plug system has been converted to a push button that works well. The old system is still present if buyer wants to convert it back.
This 1958 Mercedes-Benz 180D seats have been reupholstered. The dash, door panels, and floor boards seem to be original and in good condition and no cracking. Original steering wheel with turn signal control is cracked.
