1980 Land Rover Defender

For sale is my 1984 Land Rover Defender 90. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for this vehicle isSALLDVAD7AA281708.This vehicle is listed as a 1980 model due to the VIN not being in the eBay database but is a 1984 model.

This Rover has been registered and titled in Georgia by myself since 2012.It is fitted with an smoother running and more powerful 200 TDi 4 cylinder turbocharged diesel engine which can cruise comfortably at 70+ mph while achieving over 25 mpg.Many similar Defenders have retained their original 2.5 naturally aspirated or 2.5 (19J) turbocharged diesel that are less powerful, ften struggling to achieve even 60 mph.The TDi conversion, hich can cost upwards of $5,000, s a significant upgrade in terms of power, rivability and reliability. The Roveris fitted with Old Man Emu (OME) shocks and springs, roviding a 2" lift over stock, nd 33" mud terrain tires, long with heavy duty steering arms and a front differential guard. Disc brakes have replaced the original drum brakes on the rear axle, iving it the excellent stopping power of 4 wheel disc brakes. The frame is in solid condition with a new rear cross-member installed prior to my purchase. The foot wells have been patched but are solid along with the front bulkhead. It is a very mechanically sound vehicle that would be an excellent candidate for a refresh or as a dedicated camping/fishing/hunting vehicle, hich I primarily used it for.
