1977 Classic Jeep CJ7 This CJ is rust free, adult owned and pampered, lived same family all it's life. It has been repaired, rebuilt and many items replaced or upgraded new to make it perform better than any factory CJ ever sold. Not original miles ( 24,000 driven miles on oldest part of build ) With under 1,000 driven reliable miles on all current work just done by me to make it the finished CJ you see today. It was built to drive everyday year round around if required of it. SEE DRIVING VIDEO It's was also built to take off road ( Rubicon trail, Moab or Black bear pass ready) It will off road with the best of the best off pavement and out perform most on pavement. ( Over 10,000 extra spent on "off road" and "performance upgrades") . This is the CJ others 4 by 4 owners call on when they get stuck. ( It's a sleeper ) Sleeper is a vehicle that look stock for the most part on the outside - But will perform at extreme levels when required of it. The inside floor pans original to this Jeep with the original paint still on them. SEE PHOTOS. The inside also looks very nice. New OEM seats with flip and tumble rear seat. New locking console and shift boots. Bottom side is also clean and sanitary, sem treated for the elements. *( NOW FOR THE PART YOU DON'T SEE ) The original stock Jeep motor was replaced with a super nice running Chevy (Corvette 327 V8 motor) block casting number 3782870 . Aluminum intake, 4 barrel carburetor installed for added power and performance for both on street or off road use. Motor runs outstanding and this CJ will cruise the roads ways at 60 mph at 2,400 rpms making it the perfect set up for a on street and off road built CJ. This motor also has "twice the horse power " that Jeep V8 CJ ever came with. The motor is backed with the good heavy duty T-18 4 speed manual transmission with the "granny low 1st gear" a must have for crawling. The transmission is backed with a Jeeps Dana 4 by 4 transfer case. Casting # 18 - 5 - 24 - 8 = Dana 200 the big brother of the military grade 18. The front end is Jeep Dana 30 with upgraded axles and locking hubs. *The front end is also geared at 4;11 and is fitted with ARB air control system and heavy duty (OX air lockers). The rear end is Jeep AMC 20 also 4'11 gearing axle upgrade and ARB air system with heavy duty (OX air lockers). ( YES 3,500 just in FRONT & REAR END OX AIR LOCKERS INSTALL) . When this CJ is in 4 wheel drive low range and the transmission is in granny 1st gear (with both front and rear OX air lockers engaged it becomes a mountain goat or tank. This CJ has the ability to go places most people don't think they can go. This CJ will climb up and over anything you point it at. (This CJ gives you the best of both worlds when in 2 wheel drive street you have a around town cruiser or daily driver with Corvette V8 power. Jeep fitted with 3 inch spring suspension lift for better ride quality and ground clearance. Also fitted with front spring reverse shackle set up for better front end spring articulation. Jeep fitted with 33 tall by 12'5 wide A/T tires. All electrical is in great working order. A custom gauge cluster was added to center of dash area to hold added gauges, air locker switches and accessories fuses". The heater, wipers, horn and all lights and gauges work.
