The paint looks nice but is beginning to show its age with chips on the nose and a group of small bubbles on the hood as detailed in the image gallery below. The body looks straight but does havetwo small dents on the roof and one dent on the driver’s rear quarter. The grille area is said to have some minor filler, but no other body repairs or accident damage have been found by the seller. A small chip is noted on the windshield.

Chrome trim and bumpers look bright and appear to have been re-plated by a previous owner. The stock wire wheels are in good condition, with some minor corrosion evident on the right rear small-eared knockoff hub.The car isequipped with independent coil spring rear suspension with torsion bars, and the standard four-wheel disc brakes are said to work as they should.Thecar is said to track straight and handle well.

The seats and carpets are showing some wear from age and the leather on the center console is cracked. The original Smith gauges have clear faces and are said to function correctly. The rear cargo area is in good shape and houses the original spare wheel, jack, and toolkit in a compartment underneath.

The original 4.2L twin caminline six-cylinderfeatures its stock triple SU carburetors that were unique to the Canadian version of the Series 1.5.
