Jaguar XK150 3.8 Litre Drop Head Coupe Restoration. Full matching numbers with the Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate. A rare opportunity to obtain one of 586 total XK150 3.8 litre Drop Head Coupes produced. Offered as a nearly completed restoration from the estate of the owner since 1969. Total mileage is 27,200 from new. Disassembled several years ago and the subject of a complete, exacting restoration that ceased with the death of the long time owner. Much work has been completed including a fully rebuilt engine by one of the Pacific Northwest's most experienced builder of Jaguar engines. Full body and paintwork on the rust free body is completed to a very high standard as seen by the photos. The Borg Warner transmission is rebuilt, with new chrome plating on the original pieces, a full stainless exhaust system, rebuilt brakes with cylinders rebuilt by White Post and news pads all around. Four new chrome wire wheels and wheel nuts are fitted with Vredestein radial tires for improved handling. Heating and cooling system fully rebuilt. Most every component necessary for completion is present including a full leather interior kit from OSJI, and a new wiring harness.
