This car is really, all original, with no body work, repairs, and no paint work. Original paint. No accidents. The top is in very good condition. It is easy to put up and down and fits perfectly. All original to the original tires. This XK150 DHC is the, special equipment model, and has a 4 speed with over drive which works perfectly. It starts, runs and drives very well. It shifts perfectly. It drives without any vibrations or rattles. The brakes work correctly and are in excellent condition. All the lights inside and out work correctly. All the gauges work correctly. This is an amazing car! Who has a totally original, XK150 DHC 3.8 with4speed and overdrive with the 9 to 1engine compression? The trunk cover in the boot is original with the body number written on the back. All clamps and screws are original and correct. It has been to a JCNA Concours events and it attracts a lot of attention. I purchased this car from the original ownerfamily. It has been very well cared for and garaged all its 55 year life. Remember, this is an original car, not restored, or repaired and painted through the years. It is in its original Carmen red paint with black leather and black hood per the Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate - built January 21, 1960.

Note: This is a 3.8 matching numbers engine, VA 21522-9, with no oil leaks and no transmission leaks. The 3.8 liter engine was a big option in last part of 1960 and 1961 on the XK150's. There were only 540 total, 3.8 optioned XK150 DHC built. Only 264 of those cars werebuilt with 4 speed and the optioned over drive. And, only 6, XK150 3.8 cars werebuilt with the higher 9 to 1 compression vrs. the 8 to 1 compression engine. And, this is a special equipment model. This is a very rare car. How many 1960 jaguars do you think are, really all original? This car has been maintained through its ownership.
