1966 IHC INTERNATIONAL TRUCK PICKUP SURVIVOR D1500 V8 304 FLAT BED CAR HAULER

Price: - Item location: Dalton, Wisconsin, United States
Description:

1966 International Harvester D1500 IHC

1966 IHC D1500
As pictured, 1966 International Truck. Project with clear title. Fantastic shape for a 66 survivor. V8 304 engine with a manual transmission. Flat bed in real nice shape and wood is solid. This would make an excellent car hauler conversion. I was able to put a wrench on the crank bolt and the engine is not seized. Prior owner said it was parked several years ago when the master cylinder went out. This truck has master cylinder dual reservoir that handles brakes and clutch. No brakes either of course. After it was parked, mice chewed the wiring, so it will need to be rewired as well. Looks like it has a PTO off the transmission, so this is a versatile truck. Some cab rust, but very little all things considered. Tires have tread, but are weather cracked. Interior is pretty nice, someone did a real nice job replacing the floor pans, but they could be painted. These old IHC's are hard to find, grab this one.
