Rare opportunity to own the last year first generation 1987 Honda CRX SI, low miles barn stored. This vehicle spent all of its years of ownership in the same county in Virginia prior to my purchase 5 years ago. I owned a first gen crx si new back in the 80s. The original pocket rocke, a go kart for the street. A midlife fling, however with the recent economic times and current job situation I am force to let her go. Five years ago it was the most original example of the first gen crx I could find. Immediately after I acquire it I had it fully serviced by a Honda master tech who worked on them then. It was then I discovered how rare and hard to find and replacement parts. I track down another 87 crx si parts car that's included.The parts car ran when parked 2 years ago. The main vehicle has been driven less than 6500 miles in 5 years. I just did a 90 mile check out trip. I would recommend a complete service before putting to use, ac is not cooling but all parts are there. Only non original item items are the period correct Acura CD player and Kenwood speakers. That's it. Once in a lifetime package deal. Please ask plenty of questions. Original example have been sold for top dollar on several site. Check price before you lose this.
