1965 GMC 4x4 for sale. This is not an original 65 4x4. The previous owner added the front clip from a mid 70’s truck to add 4x4, power steering and power brakes. I have owned the truck since 2006 and at the time had a garage I could park it in. During this time wiring has been completely replaced with American Auto kit, new dash and gauges, 6” BDS lift, new drive line, new crate V8 and clutch. Everything except the motor we’re done at mileage zero but the new crate motor and clutch were installed around 5,500 miles. You can drive it or restore it. Some areas to be noted. There is some surface rust with a few areas of quarter size decaying rust areas. They are small in size. The shearing column needs the switch for the blinkers to work. Radiator is starting to show wear. When I installed the gas gauge back in 96 I put the wrong ohm gauge in. When the tank is full it reads only a 1/4 tank. I may be missing some minor items but overall it’s a great truck with an awesome engine tone coming out of the original flow master dual exhaust.
