1985 Ford Mustang GT

This is one heck of a nice foureye.Completely rust free, original interior, tons of new parts, mile deep black paint.The build is about two years old and owner is ready to move on to another project.He purchased the car from the original owner just over two years ago.It is a true 85 GT but was originally white with an automatic and CFI injection- boo....The car has been completely and accurately updated to EFI using an 86 harness and engine with 5 speed T5 transmission.Everything was done to factory specs down to the rear third brake light that was new for 86.The engine was just under 100k when it went in and has probably seen under 10K in action over the last two years. It got a new clutch, rear main and all the other things it makes sense to do at that time. It runs and drives excellent.The body was rust free with the exception of the hatch which was replaced at the time.VIN etching in all glass except for the hatch and all panels are original.The A pillars, roof, radiator support, cowl and the usual damaged spots you find out about later are all flawless.We even got reflection off the paint on the bottom side of the hatch in the pictures.

Front and rear suspension have been updated to the larger 87 and later spindles and the rear end is an 8.8 with 3:73 gears and a limited slip differential.The car has had a new steering rack, ball joints, bushings, tie rod ends, brake booster, master cylinder and a slew of other parts all in the last two years to constantly upgrade it to later fox handling and performance.AC blows ice cold.Heat will have you cracking the window after 20 minutes. Exhaust consists of headers, an h pipe and flowmasters with dumps, not the obnoxious make the neighbors hate you loud, just right.

Wheels are 17 inch Cobra R in black, tires are like new as well.If you prefer a different (stock) wheel combo we can likely make that happen here for you.This is a buy it park it in the garage and impress your friends and coworkers kind of car.Nothing that needs to be done.Notable flaws are a small dent in the driver's door from a parking lot encounter. (We have a paintless dent guy that could knock it out easy)It doesn't have a radio.The dope scope is broken.Map pocket for the driver's side door is missing and it needs inner and outer dew wipes.All very easy to purchase new.Please feel free to message or call Matt at 561-312-7404 for more pics or info.This is a fly in and drive it home kind of car.
