Frame on restoration 4yrs ago. *Exterior: All original body panels. New steel hood. All new Ford tooling chrome trim:bumpers, bumper guards, grille, GT pony corral with correct 1966 GT fog lights, front turn signal/parking lights, new radio antenna, side mirror, quarter panel scallops, taillights, reverse lights and 'Ford Mustang' gas cap. The stainless steel window trim is ORIGINAL, but freshly buffed and polished with any imperfections removed by the professionals at Calco plating in Chicago. *Interior: All new TMI GT interior, seats, GT door panels and headliner. Ford rearview day/night mirror, Ford tooling dashpad, New GT wood steering wheel, Custom Autosound classic stereo. All new dash chrome: control knobs, gauge cluster housing, heater controls, glove box and glove box door, window cranks, interior door handles, door rubbers, manual shifter boot and plate, all new carpet and Ford door sills.This is a 3 owner car from new, me being the third.The car went to Rockford, Il from California in the early 1980's and sat in the second owners garage until I bought the car in 2013. The 2nd owner was the original owners brother. This IS an original California Black plate car, and the plate DOES come with the car.The straight 6 motor is strong. It has zero cooling and oil pressure issues. The brakes are all new and stops with confidence. The engine has a recent tune up with fresh oil, filters, plugs and wires. All rubber has been replaced in engine bay, hoses, wiring, seals, hood bumpers, gaskets, grommets, insulators, everything. The undercarriage is clean with NO rust.The body color is 1966 Ford Signalflare Red, and it sparkles in the sun.
