You are looking at a super nice 1964.5 Mustang Convertible. This was one of the first Mustangs ever built. Very early example of an extremely clean Mustang Convertible.

This car will win Trophy's and will not disappoint. It's just as nice in person!

This car is about as nice as they come. It's very original, down to the original color combination and the originals drivetrain. Engine is dated April, 1964, and the car was built in July 1964 according to the original door tag, not a reproduction tag.

Original Color is Guardsman Blue, which it is still that color, with blue interior which is original.

The dash is extremely clean, painted very nicely, no paint cracking or chipping, all of the instruments and knobs are very nice and highly detailed.

The air conditioning unit is new and the AC works in this car. It has a new Woodgrain mustang steering wheel, that turns effortlessly because of the power steering, and the car stops great with the power brakes in the front.

The white top is new, and looks great. This is a power top car, so the top comes up and down flawlessly with touch of a button.

Body and Paint:

This car has been garage kept its entire life. It's extremely solid all over. No rust in the frame rails, torque boxes, floor pans, rockers trunk or anything!!! This car is loaded with solid original metal.

The paint on this car is very beautiful. The Guardsman blue looks great and shows very well. The paint is very clean and glossy. No dry spots or orange peel, a nice clean and glossy paint job.

The car has a couple touchups around the front headlight buckets, and a couple other minor very small chips, but nothing that's takes away from the integrity of this paint job. It looks great.

Inside the trunk is very clean, nice trunk mat, with a spare tire, jack and lug wrench. Driver rear floor pan is the only part of the floor that I can tell has ever been changed. New panel professionally installed just behind the driver seat. All other floors and original in in great condition.

Wheels and Tires:

Styled steel wheels with like new tires. The wheels are newer and they look great.

Convertible Top:

The top is new. The top is power, and works great. See the video above.

Glass:

All of the glass is in excellent condition. Windows roll up and down smoothly.

Gauges and Knobs:

Very Clean instrument panel, gauges work, all of the interior knobs and details are nicely chromed, and everything looks great.

VINS and Tags:

VIN in clearly stamped on the driver front apron and the original door tag is on the door. See the pictures in the link above.
