This car was just purchased from it's long term older owner on the East Coast who just wasn't using the car regularly. This car is fitted with it's correct 260 ci V-8 engine and the desirable air conditioning option. The car was nicely restored at some point in the past and still presents very well overall.The bodywork on this car is quite good. Paintwork is very attractive but older, now showing some very minor bubbling in a few spots. The car's underside looks very solid and has been undercoated as original. Chromework overall is very good to excellent with replated bumpers, nice correct hubcaps, newer tire set.The car starts easily on the key, drives down the road well, although it could use a minor service to the brakes, A/C, and choke cold start adjustment. The engine compartment is nicely detailed. The drivetrain feels very healthy with a great exhaust note.The interior trim is in very good condition overall with a perfect headliner, nice carpets and panels.Overall, this sharp-looking Mustang presents very well overall and is modestly priced for an around-town driver. Current restoration costs today shows this car to be very good value, and is a smart buy going forward.
