The only rust is the typical drivers side rear cab corner from water/fuel leaking in at the filler. Patch panels are readily available.
The cab fuel filler hole on the cab needs patched.
The hood came off another truck that had hood pins. The two holes need patched.
The doors need the mirror holes filled or some stock style mirrors installed.
Side window tint is pealing at edges. You can get new glass with laminated tint for a very reasonable price.
Wing vent windows work as they should, but the rubber seals are showing their age.

Heater vent flap sticks and requires you to reach under the dash and help the flap. I just leave it in defrost mode because you still get warm air on your feet anyway. I was going to replace all this with an air conditioning kit eventually.

Ashtray opens as it should
Glove box opens and closes as it should
Kick panel vents work great
Between the wing windows, kick panel vents and rear slider, you get excellent warm weather ventilation that is not loud or buffeting.

Summary:
Nearly every moving part on this truck has been replaced or rebuilt. All the heavy lifting has been done. The engine, drivetrain, steering, brakes and suspension are all rebuilt and upgraded. The fuel injection has crisp throttle response and maximizes fuel mileage. You get all the classic look and feel, but with some added modern functionality. Cruises down the highway with the overdrive. Fly in and drive it home. Have some fun!
