I bought this rv a year ago. Since then i replaced the holding tank and radiator. Everything works, there is a tv with sound system and dvd player and X-box, led lights air conditioning, bathroom and shower, mini-fridge, propane oven and stove, additional floor ac unit, lots of storage.It shows 30k miles but I don't believe that it is correct. Drives great, dual gas tanks, my friend mechanic examined it and said it is in great condition for its age.I could not figure out how to register it in CA as it is from Washington, i have a title but to register it here you will need smog check it. I wasn't driving it so decided not to register it at all so now selling it like that, registration expired in july 2015.You'll have to pick it up in Campbell 95008
