Super original, and in marvelous condition. Factory Code X 1444 Heritage Burgundy car, painted once (nearly 40 years ago). Kept liberally waxed. Finish wet-sanded and triple stage polished to a great lustre. Minor imperfections commensurate with age but, shows no rust; even under the back of the wheel skirts. Very solid car to enjoy with minimal tinkering/maintenance. Previously long-time owner was once a serious enthusiast, and Thunderbird Club member. Reallyoutstanding condition when consideringit's age and originality. Fabulous whitewall tires, inremarkable condition,complete the vintage look. Engine refreshed back in 1988, but with very few miles since; estimated under 2500. Original mileage on body documented actual at only 76,118. Boxes of books, appraisals,and documentation. Great car!

The convertible top is original. Also original are the carpet, and seats. The top shows some fading but can be dyed, andis in otherwise fantastic condition for it's age. The seats have some cracking but are in fine usable condition. The carpet looks nice. The windshield has no chips or cracking, and amazingly enough... is believed to be original.
