This was a 289 - C Code Car from the Factory with an Automatic Tranny

This is a true barn find - I have not cleaned it up or anything... this is just as I found it..

It has the RARE Bench Seat and all the codes match the car so it came with the Seat

Less than 3.5% of the Cars in 1966 had this seat -

1966 had a lower percentage of cars with this seat than 1965 as well

I have the C4 that I think came with the car... however I do not have the engine -

The car will need restoration - from what I can tell the frame rails are good, ut there

are some areas in the floor pans that need attention. There is one previous patch on the passenger side floor pan back under the rear seat. Otherwise - for being in stored for no telling how many years it is actually in good shape.. If I did not have two other project Mustangs already.. I would keep this one just because the seat is so rare.. and I may kick myself for selling it anyway..

The car is for sale locally as well - so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
