1971 dodge challenger in its original plum crazy purple paint fc7.. one of 26,299 challengers made, one of 18,956 hard top cars for that year if I'm not mistaken. This car has been in a quanset here in Saskatchewan for 15 years on wooden pallets. I took this car apart from the condition I bought it in, stored all the parts in the car or in crates that I built, slowly I chipped away at getting the parts rebuilt or redone like the interior seats, then as more parts became available, I tried to find the best and add it to the cars completeness, as some parts werent with the car when I got it. The car i wanted to build was a 426 4 speed car, however I didnt cut out the tunnel or do any modifications to it, just some of the bad rust was cut out from behind the wheel well and a trunk portion and the driver side foot area(all pictures show this). otherwise its unmolested.The original drivetrain is long gone - no engine or trans in this auctionit has its original doors that are off the car - they have some minor rust in the front most bottom corner by the fender, just the driver side door.It has to my knowledge its original flat hood and trunk (the trunk I had soda blasted) bare steel finishit has 71 correct high back buckets, that are un ripped or dirty in green(the back seat has been re foamed and recovered) there are black seat covers included for the front buckets with new foamIt has a 71 correct rallye dash with correct red line, new wood grain decal. It has a correct original working radio. Black headliner and bowsnew black carpet, still in the box - new dash with emblem -new heater core, complete rest of firewall parts including new insulator foam. new chrome for pedals. new door hinges and pins, new 71 mirrors in primer including mirror glassnew black roof vinyl- has an overhead console. all window cranks and hardware are therenew tinted windshield,new green tinted quarter glass, back window..all chrome is there and above the door glass, that hold the vinyl is all thereNew hemi torsion bars - hemi k member in powder coated black finish(new)8 3/4 sure grip 3.73 gear all brand new including studs etc - new black powder coat finish.. cost $2300Hemi new leaf springs and new correct shocks front and back - new bumperettes- original bumpersfront and rear new valances with new orange fog lights. rear tailights and side markers with bezels, argent grey 71 challenger piece that splits in the middle over the tailights, one year only, included.All new challenger emblems and pentastars. gas tank with neck, new chrome gas lidrear drums with front discs are there, new brake lines. power steering quik ratio box includedFrame rails are not rotten - please see pictures!I have new eyebrow pieces but do not have a 71 grille, some 71 grille hardware included.. all correct decals and tire inflater bottle, 71 bumper jack, black seat belts. I do not have front or rear door panels!I have the original fender tag..see picture.. I do not have the dash tag -it can be remade
