Running 240z series 1 project NO RESERVE

1970 Datsun Z-Series 240Z

Up for sale is a 1970 Datsun 240z SERIES 1 project, series 1 cars are rising in value and are getting much more difficult to located in decent shape. This car does run and drive but needs a total brake system rebuild to be able to be safely driven. The body is in decent shape but still will need a lot of work to be a finished project. The major rust areas such as the floors have already been replaced with factory reproduction panels and were replaced correctly to ensure no further rust issues. This car was originally from texas which has kept many of the important areas solid, such as the battery tray and frame area as seen in the 2 pictures. The spare tire well has surface rust and pitting but is overall solid and useable. The car at some point had been hit in the front on the drivers side, you can see the damage it did to the radiator support, although the main frame is still in good shape (We have parts cars available with this piece for an additional cost). The interior is mostly complete but is missing some components, it does still have the original series 1 fiberglass console which is difficult to find. The engine cranks up and runs well and is complete, although it is not the original engine block that came with the car originally. Overall this car is a decent project for someone looking to buy a series 1 at a discount and do the work themselves and customize it to their needs/tastes.
