1964 Chevrolet C-10
Up for sale is my 1964 Chevy C10 short bed step-side pickup truck; 350 v8 with an automatic transmission. I purchased this at the beginning of 2014. It was my daily driver to work for several years, ~12 miles each way. I was needing to rebuild the carburetor when a neighbor put his little truck up for sale; my plan was to drive the little truck and tinker on the 1964 over multiple weekends - since things like the carb would take me longer than a single weekend. Obviously, that didn't happen and it sat there, and eventually the fuel went bad.I believe the starting price is well below market value based on other like 1964 Chevy truck sales here and local. This vehicle is NOT being offered for sale outside of eBay.Details: It is being sold AS-IS; All sales final, no returns, or refunds It will need a trailer to transport to your location. 350 v8 engine, automatic transmission - things were working when I stopped driving it. Sits on a 1978 frame (as reported from previous owner) The brakes need work; master cylinder and associated brake lines need to be replaced. The carburetor needs to be rebuilt. I have a carburetor and rebuild kit that I was going to use that's included. I have a hard-wire to the fan relay so I can turn it on as soon as I start the truck to get ahead of the Texas heat. It seemed to run a little hot, but I think that is due to the Texas heat. Windshield is chipped, and has been that way since I got it - it has not spread. Custom fabricated "tailgate" that is welded shut. I currently have it registered as an Antique Truck. I have a clean Texas title for this truck. The truck is located in Cedar Park, Texas. All shipping/transporting charges are buyer's responsibility. Payment must completely clear prior to release to buyer. PayPal payment only! The last thing I did was replace the rear transmission seal, but I haven't put transmission fluid in yet - I was going to do that after rebuilding the carb.Although every effort is made to present accurate and reliable vehicle information, use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
