Owners Description

“This rod is an older build, I did not build this one BUT have built many others.”

“350 v-8 with Bullet proof Powerglide transmission. I do not know the exact rear end ratio but at 2700 rpm you are going 70mph.”

“This car runs absolutely fantastic. I would drive it anywhere. It has power steering with a Mustang 2 front end. From what I see this was an original front end grafted on and not a kit front end. Power brakes and Vintage AC which blows Ice Cold. No mechanical issues whatsoever.”

“The body is truly remarkable for the age. The doors close better than my new truck. Rear fenders are steel and the front are fiberglass. The vent window on the right side needs to be

changed out. Not sure why it was not done. The windshield and rest of the glass while not new is in great shape.”

“The interior looks like 90’s GM. I am thinking Corsica/Baretta or Grand AM? It is in excellent condition absolutely no rips or tears. Carpet is kind of ugly color but not torn or ripped or even excessively worn. Door panels and head liner are excellent.”

“This is NOT by any means a show car. I have had show winners and they are really no fun. I wanted a nice “10 ft” driver. It has some flaws. A small dent in hood and bottom or rear left fender has an issue. Side pipes are showing corrosion. I just saw one of these sold for over 30K and maybe a little prettier than this one BUT with no AC, Manual steering with original front end and a four speed not as drivable here in Florida. Tires are essentially new with maybe 1500 miles on them...Needs nothing to run anywhere except that the gas gauge just stopped working.”

“Getting older is a b**ch and I just do not use this much anymore. I have owned it for a few years, and it never failed to start right up or run great. Spend a little time on it and replace the vent window and (I have a new bumper to go with it,) with the Klaxon Horn it never fails to get lots of looks and laughs.”
