1972 Chevrolet Nova L65
1972 L65 Nova Rally, L78 12 bolt included numbers matching never been apart 350 with 3 speed on the floor man steering, manual brakes car fires right up purrs like a kitten. Never driven it far just flushedfuel system, new fuel filter, new master cylinder, one wheel cylinder and still had all GM stuff on it. Make no mistake it will need a full restoration. BUT while you buy parts you can move it around with no issues or load on transport.
Vehicle Details
Nice original 100% complete numbers matching nova with Rare Parts. Original bench Interior seat covers are shot but the seat frames are in excellent condition to recover not rusted with broke springs and mostly junk seats like most nova seat’s you see. These are prime candidates for recovering if car dont sell i will take out and put rough cores back in. Front floors will need replace i would just do their halves on each side from front to back. It will need fenders replaced or patched rear trunk pan and rear frail rails and 1/2 quarters with jamb. Front windshield is cracked but rest of glass is good and all windows go up down just fine. Dash is actually in pretty good shape with zero issues. Even the dash pad has just couple minor hair line cracks plenty good for driver no one would notice. Fires right up runs idles great can load on trailer starts stops ok for transporting. Tires all hold air not street able due to dry rot no you cant drove this 500 mi home in my opinion!!! It’s just been a block or 2 now and then. Has great oil pressure and fires right off.
Parts with car
36k mi L78 BT code 12 bolt NOVA/CAMARO 355 posi taken out of my L78 Nova 396/375hp nova, original GM shoes never apart drums prob never turned this is a 12 bolt that has never been opened up. I have no build sheet to my car and engine was blown up long ago so I’m gonna pro street the body and put 9 inch in it rather than cut up a desirable virgin high horse 12 bolt.
67 Camaro Muncie wide ratio 4 speed with hurst shifter and linkage, drove the car before we parted out no issues should prob do seals and brass but thats my opinion. Who ever buys it can what they want to do parts are chea, no broken ears trans looks clean.
GM Performance BowTie sbc heads less than 500 mi with guides and studs 1.5 comp cams roller rockers, Manley valves i was gonna bolt on this engine to raise compression from 8.5 to about 10:1 and a 4bbl intake and carb and run it. But buyer can sell off parts install or whatever.
Original hipo L78 Leaf springs.
Partial trunk pan prob not enough to use.
