1952 Chevrolet Business 2-Door Sedan Deluxe (Coupe)

This is a running, driving, un-restored 1952 Chevy Deluxe, 2-door Sedan. I purchased this car from my wife's grandfather 10 years ago. This is a numbers matching car, original inline 6 motor, 3 speed transmission. I live in Texas, and this car appears to be from Texas, as far back as I can tell. The interior had been reupholstered in the 1990's. The car has likely been painted along the way. The chrome was chipping and cracking, so I painted most of the trim pieces to prevent corrosion, while I "made time" to restore this car. My project list goes on forever, and I need to pare down my fleet of vehicles. The '52 Chevy is for sale.
I had planned to upgrade the motor and driveline, so the original motor has just been maintained for Sunday Drives. It has a new carburetor, new spark plugs, all of the basics. Most of the electronics have been converted to 12V, the starter is 12V, and works perfectly. It still has a secondary 6V regulator for a few instruments, and that works correctly. The charging system needs to be gone through again; I replaced the alternator, but it does not charge above 12.8v when running.
The vehicle starts, stops, shifts, and brakes. It has never left this neighborhood in the past 10 years, and I would plan on trailering the vehicle until after you have inspected all systems for yourself.
I have a rebuild kit for the steering box, but never pulled it out and rebuild it. The steering kit comes with the car.
The tires have less than 500 miles on them, they are approx 3 years old.
The 2-door sedan and the 2-door coupe are slightly different. This is the larger 2-door sedan, occasionally referred to as the Business Sedan.
