Description:
1984 Chevrolet Other Pickups
This truck is leaking oil from the valve cover. This truck is leaking transmission fluid. I am pretty sure it’s coming from the pan. But I cannot be sure. It also has fluid leaking from one of the rims. The rim that is leaking fluid. When you are driving it, it is making a clicking sound. I believe this is something to do with the CV axle. I just drove this truck an hour and a half and drove it up to 75 mph it ran good. Except for this noise. And it leaking transmission fluid. The clicking noise did get worse. I would highly recommend trailering this truck. It will drive up on a trailer. The 4 x 4 works. please look at the pictures underneath the truck. Frame bed frame is absolutely amazing. I’m pretty sure this truck spent most of its life as a farm truck. It was not on the streets very much. It would be a great restoration truck. Please see the frame. Someone has hand painted this truck. With a very thick paint. I did see one little hole on the driver side wheel well behind the back tire. Besides that the truck looks very solid to me. There are dents everywhere but they are big dents that should pull out easy. The dash looks like it has holes but I believe it is just missing vent covers. The floor pans are all solid. There’s no holes in the bed of the truck. From Rust. There is a ball in the back of the truck. For hauling. I believe it is a 2 5/8 ball. Tires are OK. I’m sure they probably would need to be replaced at some point. I would highly recommend taking this truck to the mechanic and having them go through the whole truck. Checking everything out. This is what I am going to do if it does not sell. Like I said it was a farm truck. It looks like they just kept it running for the farm. Emailing allows me 12 pictures for this listing.
