Vehicle Details1970 Chevelle SS 396/350hp. Th400 auto trans, 12 Bolt rear. THIS CAR WILL NOT START OR RUN!! This is a nice PROJECT!! The car has been painted at one time and is not very good and has a lot of imperfections. According to the partial build sheet it was an original green interior car who someone started to convert to black. The original color exterior was Green Mist according to trim tag and partial build sheet. The engine is a 396 but IT IS NOT NUMBERS MATCHING!! I have 69 date coded 396 oval port heads and 69 date coded intake to go with the car. Original green seat belts are still in the car. Everything I have searched on the car via trim tag and steering shaft, rear end etc. and partial build sheet points to this being a true SUPER SPORT!! I purchased this with the intent to do a full restoration after talking to my paint guy the timeframe is gonna be 1-2yrs and I don’t want to wait. Clean title that matches VIN#.
