The Previous Owner Acquired This “Jimmy” Blazer In Downey, California In 1978. Believed to Be Sold In Southern California New, It Still Retains It’s California Compliant Gasoline Emissions Filler Hose/Pipe and 1970's Era California Blue and Yellow License Plates. The "Jimmy" Was Well Maintained and Taken Care Of. The Exterior/ Interior Sheet Metal Body Is Southern California Solid and Is 95% Rust Free. There Is a SpotAft of the Passenger Door That Is Approximately 2x1 Inch In Size, and the Lower Passenger Door That Needs Attention. The Rest of the Body Is Solid!! The Fiberglass Shell Looks Great For 48 Years Old and Doesn’t Seem to Have Ever Been Repaired.

The Stock 350 Cubic Inch Engine Runs Well. A Rebuilt Performance Edelbrock Carburetor Was Recently Installed During an Oil Change. The 4 Speed Manual Transmission Shifts as It Should, and the 4x4 Transfer Case Was Rebuilt, Along With a New Clutch Approximately 2 Years Ago/2,850 Miles Ago.

A New Deluxe Instrument Gauge Cluster, Complete with a Tachometer Was Installed About 18 Months Ago. The Instrument Gauges All Seem to Be In Working Order. (Note- The Mileage On the New Instrument Cluster Odometer Mileage Is Not Original to the Blazer.) Stock Low Profile Bucket Seats Are Still Present. Although The OEM Bucket Seats, Dash and Door Panels Need to Be Freshened Up, These OEM Seat Alone are Rare to Find, and Have Sold For Upwards of $1500-$2000 By Themselves!!
