Up for sale is this beautiful 1985 Chevy G20 High-Top Conversion Van. This vehicle is in amazing original condition and has a Light Beige exterior with custom-painted graphics. This Chevy Van just turned 21k original miles (which is unbelievable!) and it runs and drives fantastically. This is a really nice, all original, garaged van and the lowest mileage one oneBay. Everything on this vehicle, including the paint, is 100% original. This van looks the way it did when it was purchased in 1985. I have taken over 150 high quality photos and 3 full-length videos of the van so you can see what exactly it is that you are bidding on. You will never find another one with lower mileage or as clean as this one!This vehicle has only had ONE OWNER its whole life. We have the original title for this vehicle that was issues in 1985. This van was purchased brand new from Tom Stimus Chevrolet in Marietta, Georgia. This van spent its whole life in Georgia with its original owner, who kept this vehicle in the garage and never drove it in the rain. There is not a spec of rust anywhere on this vehicle, it is rock solid.This vehicle is very special because it is a Tom Stimus Conversion. For those of you who do not know who he was, please Google his name, he is worth knowing about and he was a very interesting and important piece of automotive history. He was well known for creating some of the most interesting Conversion Vans of his time. These Conversions were very high end, and were known for their over-the-top painted graphics and luxurious interior features. These Conversion Vans are very hard to find and extremely desirable in today's market.In the 1980s, Tom Stimus made many commercials featuring Wrestler Dusty Roads, where they banged on the hoods of vans and told their viewers to "Come and buy a Tom Stimus Conversion Van Today!" I have included a link to one of these videos above, enjoy!This Chevy Van comes with all of its original equipment. The original "Tom Stimus" rear badge, floor mats, and paint code sticker are still present. We also have the original GM keys, original issued title, original owners manual, and all of the original interior items are present. We also have all of the jacking equipment and it is still in its original pouch and was never used.This Conversion Van is loaded up with all the options that you could want. It has the optional 5.0 liter V8 engine (rare), automatic transmission, custom painted graphics, High-Top with skylights, seating for 7 with swiveling captains chairs, fold-out bed, interior opera lighting, rear ladder, luggage stowage on the roof, cabin curtains, clothes-hanger rod, mini-table with cup holders, full-carpeted interior, AM/FM cassette player, cruise control, power windows, power locks, Air Conditioning, 33 gallon fuel tank, heavy-duty shocks, running-boards, and too much more to list!This vehicle was very well cared for and it shows. The maintenance was all just performed and the vehicle runs and drives great. I Just drove it 200 miles and it ran like a dream. We just changed all the fluids, filters, cleaned the entire fuel system, changed the hoses, changed the belts, installed a new battery, installed an new heater core, and changed all 5 tires! The tires were purchased at "Tires Unlimited" in Georgia, and they come with free tire rotation and pressure tests for the life of the tires.The exterior of the vehicle is super clean. The body panels are all clean and the paintwork is in great shape and all original. The exterior is in amazing condition in my opinion. Its just a great vehicle and its looks fantastic. The only issue with the exterior is some very minor flaking of the clear coat on a small section of the left side graphics (see video).The interior of the vehicle is super clean. The seats are in nice condition and the fabric is supple and clean.The dash and door panels are also in perfect condition and clean. All the trimmings and other interior trims are in perfect condition. The interior is in fantastic condition in my opinion. The only minor issue is that there is some light fading on the seats from age and from being stored in the southern climate.There is really not much to pick on with this car. It looks 100% better then it does in the photos. You will not find another Chevy Conversion Van like this and with lower mileage anywhere! Buy this van now as the camping season is soon approaching.This car is being sold as-is, where-is, and there is no warranties expressed or implied.
